selective call rejection

Allows you to create a list of numbers. When someone on your list tries to call you, they are notified that you are not accepting calls from them at this time.

To Activate Selective Call Rejection:

  1. Pick up your headset and listen for the dial tone.

  2. Dial *60. (On rotary phones, dial 1160.)

  3. You will hear an announcement indicating that this feature is either on or off. An announcement will then tell you how many (if any) numbers are currently stored on your list.

  4. You will then be instructed to dial 3 to turn the feature on (if it is currently off) or off (if it is currently on).

To Add a Number to the List:

  1. Dial #.

  2. Follow the voice instructions you will hear.

  3. You can store up to 32 numbers on your list.

To Delete a Number from the List:

  1. Dial *.

  2. Follow the voice instructions that you will hear.

To Hear the List of Currently Stored Numbers:

  1. Dial 1.

  2. After the list is read, voice instructions will follow.

To Hear Instructions Again:

  1. Dial 0.

When Someone Tries to Call You:

  1. If the caller's number is not on your list, the call will go through normally.

  2. If the caller's number is not on your list, the caller will hear an announcement that your number is not accepting calls at this time.

  3. You will be notified when calls have been rejected, or how many calls have been rejected.

  4. Selective Call Acceptance, Selective Call Forwarding, Selective Call Rejection, and Distinctive Ring/Call Waiting each use a list of telephone numbers you create. These lists are maintained separately and may contain the same or different telephone numbers.
