call forwarding remote access

This feature enables you to activate or deactivate your Call Forwarding when you are away from home. This must be done from a touch tone phone.

To Forward Calls With Remote Call Forwarding:

1. Lift receiver and listen for dial tone.
   
   
2. Dial the access number: (724) 267-9000 for Marianna exchange customers, (724) 945-9000 for Scenery Hill exchange customers.
   
   
3. You will hear 4 rings and receive a dial tone.
   
   
4. Dial your 7-digit telephone number and your 5-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).
   
   
5. Listen for dual tone and dial 72#.
   
   
6. Listen for dial tone and dial the number where you wish your calls forwarded.

To Disconnect with Remote Call Forwarding:

Note: This is only to disconnect Call Forwarding when you are away from home. Follow directions for "To Discontinue Call Forwarding" if you are at home.

1. Lift the receiver and listen for dial tone.
   
   
2. Dial the access number for your exchange.
   
   
3. You will hear 4 rings and receive dial tone.
   
   
4. Dial your telephone & PIN number.
   
   
5. Listen for dial tone and dial 73#.
   
   
6. You will hear 2 bursts of dial tone. This is to inform you that Call Forwarding has been cancelled.
